As for Golden, coffee shops are pretty sure they are " taking positions" for several brewings to come, one of which as I mentioned, would be the good FY results, which has been confirmed to be on 1 March. But you need not wait for then to hear any good news. You just need to find out Pt SMART results, which was supposed to be early this week, but postponed to next week. There is also belief that Golden is heavily backed to copycat Wilmar contemplating listing in India and China. The heavy buying, as opposed to trading and contra play, suggest the  brewings may be heating up As for Wilmar, institutional funds as I learned are back on again, ahead of results on next Monday, good results and a good payout is expected, and there has been brokerages upgrade ahead of the reults. UOB KH example gives it a six dollar TP. Wilmar India stock prices hav3 been doing amazingly well. That' s all I know. won' t be posting here anymore as I m more or less on a winding down mission. Wilmar was up 10 cents this morning. So your call of GAR having the edge over Wilmar is now reversed?

For 6% OR 6.5% of Wilmar price, you have the potential to gain about 7 or 8% dividends, whereas Wilmar dividends is likely to be only around 2 to 3%, unless there' s a special payout....think again, 6% of Wilmar' s price! One Wilmar can give you how many Golden, and how many Golden  can give how much more dividends.... IF THE RUMOR EXPECTED GOLDEN DIVIDENDS IS TRUE......Some funds researchers are very clever to spot such small details...anyway, it' s about current momentum....and flavour of the moment.... right now Golden has the edge. hope my fellow Wilmar bros are not reading into this, and tear me up for bring up such gossip.

 

No, I mean the sell volume yeterday was significantly higher than the buy volume and yet the price did not drop. Today it dropped with relatively high volume traded.

quite possible that some people will switch between golden agri and wilmar.
it is not a static game. both way possible at different time frame.
wilmar advantage and disadvantage is it is index components. so is affected by index rule changed.
like when msci singapore index include non singapore listed but singapore base stock. wilmar was one of the most affected. now the effect is over. sea is dropping the reverse might be happening.
golden agris is good stock and benefiting from current palm oil price increased. possible good returns for their share holders. good luck. win more.

Quiet? There' s still active trading, although lower volume.in fact whole market is low volume.
if you run too fast or too much, you need to,stop for a while to take a breather, korrect or not?
Anyway for Golden, I did said the power may be don' t want an exuberant type of run, because so many positives are not out yet. Don' t trust the numbers on the selling side for example....trust me many are fake queues, and will conveniently " disappear " once   momentum again.

Watch out for SMART coming results, this will be the next near term impetus ...   semoja berjaya... jumps lagi.

The uncles are expecting at least 1.5 to 2 cents.... I m not so sure, because I learned that past ten years, Golden never paid more than one cent dividends for full,year, and this year, they already paid half cent, but who am I to doubt the uncles? Dividends are usually paid end of April, but uncles think it will be first week May. Although it was up almost 6%, $0.015c, it was a steady measured trading, not an exuberant, erratic type... because the power that may be doesn' t it to anyhow go up too fast, otherwise no more power, less meat later.

If you must know, the coffee lady told me the nav has shot up to above $0.50 cents... which means at current price, it is trading at less than 60% bv. I think maybe t thats why I kept hearing more meat to come at the coffee shops....another thing to note is that don' t worry about the massive 12 billion issued shares because uncles said, half of them are in the hands of the owners, insiders and SSH cronies. and uncles said they will not be selling at all   in the near future because they are waiting for some corporate actions..... what is it, I really don' t know, but surely must be tokkong types......

But first, let' s  look forward to results on 25February..
