I think HPL' s RNAV is more than $7.

could it be the top 20 shareholder #13 GOEI BENG KIONG ALAN disposed his shares? unable to find out who is accumulating from him, must wait till annual report 2019 then can tell the movement of top 20.
defintely $3.80 is the marking price for now.
