Sounds like Golf is also a good exercise to find " Peace Within Oneself" .
 

 

Golf is a sport where your opponent is yourself. From the tee box you place your 
golf ball on a tee, after a few practice swings you position yourself to tee off. Where
it land is how you hit it.  Walk toward your ball on the fairway, again you yourself try
to place your ball in the best  location of the golf course to eventually putt it into the hole,
during the entire 18 holes you are responsible to put yourself in the next best position for
your next shot.
Unlike most other sports you try to put the ball away from your opponent. In boxing
you elbow sometimes, Mike Tyson went further and bite Holyfield ear. In UFC you 
extend your fingers maintaining distance but poke your opponent eyes, this sport
sometimes you kick your opponent balls.

So golf is a game where you have to improve yourself each time you go to the
golf course, nobody else is responsible for your score card.
Try playing golf if you can.

Dow Jones Industrial Average - Elliott Wave

Below chart was done a little while ago before the recent pullback therefore it
doesnt look up to date butter it doesnt quite matter with the following explaination.

I have two different count which is what this methology is sometime, have to count and recount,
which is why I call it Ediot Wave whenever I get it wrong.
First count, wave 1-2-3-4-5 (shaded) and second count 1A-2A-3A-4A-5A(blue arrows).

A) The 1st count mean we have seen a bottom wave 5 and then we are doing a new wave 1 then wave 2
down without making new low follow by a big wave 3 up, a less like outcome butter to cover my backside only.
In case the B below didnt happen then I can comeback and claim credit on this one. Waakakakaka like that also
