Vibropower EGM

WONGs are recommended by CEO Benedict Chen....Hence EVEN  if CHNG wants to buy WONGs' stake, I personally dun think it is so easy to fish them out...somemore the WONGs are in Malaysia.

There is value in Vibropower otherwise why would people tussle for it...question here is who is more motivated to unlock value for shareholders? 

To me...CHNG holds the most promise  because his reputation and money on the line. For CEO Benedict Chen and the current board...we can see the events that have unfolded...
1. issue share placement at discount
2. CEO continue to enjoy same salary/benefits while company performance is on the downtrend
3. hire lead independent director to take on lawsuit against others...

 

 

Agree with qwertyuiop00 Chng will fail using simple calculation. The warrant can however be another factor Favor Chng.
The Wongs is as WBdisciple said the obstacle for Chng.
This can be why Chng stop buying and allow Chen Siew Meng to nibble somedays. If Chng stand a good chance he would   buy those shares available and seek to the Wongs to sell. 
Provided there are other reasons on Wongs.

Yes, how many of us are willing to be  SKINS IN THE GAME who PUT THE MONEY WHERE THE MOUTH IS?

CHNG is the only one willing to stand up for all of us shareholders, he has much to lose (super millionaires) if vibropower. Given his impressive track record, he will be the one to revive this company and bring it to greather heights.

I continue to be astounded by how you guys take one claim he makes and make it sound like its all kicking off.

As St Maximus pointed out, it is one thing to be a super millionaire salesman dabbling in property, another to be a Director.

What about his proposed team? What did they tell you? Also super millionaires? Besides their super millions, what else?

No worries, CHNG is putting his money where his mouth is. You cannot find someone like him easily. Perhaps he can provide free rental and uniforms too. No issues to thumb down Chen, what is CHEN compared to his super millions?

We feel it in the skin. Chng is increasing his steak in vibropower because he wants to stand up for the minority shareholders who put their money where the mouth is.

What competition? There is no competition when Alex " super millions" Chng steps in...he can thumb down Chen no problem, he is skins in the game and put money where the mouth is. With him behind us no problems to organise a cup d' etat. We are so close now, with the skins in the game

the EGM only, all for themselves la. Look like a close fight leh as CEO camp keep buying, I thought he is leading leh. Haha like US election opinion poll. 
So far both , Chng and Chen, not show their plan how to improve business. How shareholder value can be improved.
What they doing is picking on the party what they did wrongly, like a child fight. In return they want shareholders to back them.
