You are right. It is likely to be a lousy year for the realty market.
Revenue, earnings n dividend yield are likely to come down.
I am into it for the future ... probably 2 years or more.
Property business is cyclical in nature. A cycle can be as long as 
10 to 12 years n the best time to buy is when it
bottoms. Unfortunately its hard to read the bottom. My strategy is
to buy in " drips" over a period of time, averaging as it come down.
I am ok w time. I hold most of my stocks for at least 2 years, often much
longer. Personally, i think its a good time to pick up slowly in small quantity
and slowly average down.

EPS this Q drop to 0.5 cents. Annualised = 2 cents.
Payout ratio 50% means dividend will cut to 1 cent per year. So yield only 2%. Bro u really hv to be a very very long term investor. :)

Ppty agency earnings are volatile and subject to many factors. What looks cheap now may become expensive later.
Currently trading at 54/54.5 cts. At 54.5 cts, the trailing p/e is 7.9 X
and dividend yield is 8.2%. Have increased my position.

After all these years, I am still amazed why holders of a stock will be willing to sell down more than their div amount (regardless of their buy price) on days after XD.

Last done 59 cts. At 59 cts the dividend yield is 7.62 % based on dividend
distribution of 4.5 cts for 2018.
