My background on takeover: spotted CWT, AVIC, UE (bad offer), Procurri (knew their takeover was not real). Got a few others I can' t recall. Black gold i am 60-40. I think 60 real, 40 fake pump n dump. Reason: the detail of the annoucement and naming of a specific coy. Procurri just said got some random LOI.
