iX Biopharma (SGX:42C) allotted and issued 1.2 million shares at SG$0.06 per share, pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the issue, the company's share capital increased to 1.05 billion shares, with the new shares expected to be listed and quoted on April 21.
