In order for this type of pump and dump to work, we need ppl to shout it will chiong past 4 cents, chiong past 90cents, then got buyers to come in and dump. The BBs would love to hear ppl shouting it will chiong to 4 cents, chiong to 10 cents, chiong to 90 cents.

Some small thoughts of this these new business:
1) hotel business - self explanatory
2)Hospitality - provision of service apartments to short term and long term tenancy, mostly expatriate who works in Singapore but include all luxurious services.....a bit like Hotels.
3) Tourism related - also related to item 2....can be short term stays for gambling, medical tourism ( stay while being treated) and any other reasons besides working in Singapore.
4) Green Energy -to be implemented into his properties..... maintenance cost saving measures.....and save the earth policies.
There ' s only a slight difference from REITS. Good example is the FEO hospitality group which is now listed. They have combination of all the above....hotels, medical centre cum hospitality suits( medical tourism), service apartments( long term short term).
If CBC is going along the line FEO H P......he will consolidate all his properties and inject into Adventus......of course if he really got that many properties.
As for the $ 18 mil or so cash that Adventus have......this could be for operational expenses. The consolidated property assets.....well.....it will show value as asset in Adventus......now this may be huge!!!! But be aware, this scenerio is just one possibility of several. Not too sure he will bank on this for all or nothing scenerio. It also takes months for consolidation.
