Mgmt just reaffirm their 1.625cts Q4 dividend guidance.   Market collect for this?
But what' s after this?   No growth catalysts.   With Taiwan economy doing no so great, subscription price has no upside.   Subscribers also no increasing much.   Seems like they have already more or less max out their subscribers within their franchise areas.
But CAPEX is huge with policies and regulation requiring them to provide infrastructure and equipment.
Need to see what is their FY17 dividned guidance.
If you are a shareholder, you shold attend the teleconference and ask about this.

LOAD UP CHEAP
THE NEW YEAR RALLY COMING FOR APTT
Sooner or later, this will happen. In the meantime, just sit back, accumulate if price is right, and enjoy the high dividends.
A fair offer would take the NAV into account.   But this is a moot point.   Whenever danger writes in big bold letters, it usually does not happen.

Still got obstacles and some hearing to clear before the National Communication Comission (NCC)   gives the green light... even when the intention was announced a year ago
I' m sorry, maybe I am missing something, but isn' t this news exactly one year ago?
