While there is much that we know that we do not know currently the WHO submitted a statement on November 28 indicating their current understanding of the new variant.
&ldquo Transmissibility: The number of people testing positive has risen in areas of South Africa affected by this variant, but epidemiologic studies are underway to understand if it is because of Omicron or other factors.&rdquo
&ldquo Severity of disease: Preliminary data suggests that there are increasing rates of hospitalization in South Africa, but this may be due to increasing overall numbers of people becoming infected, rather than a result of specific infection with Omicron.&rdquo
The World Health Organization also suggested that there is an increased risk of infection with this variant for individuals who have already been infected by other variants of the virus&hellip when compared to other variants it is not only much more transmittable but can re-infect those who have already been exposed to the virus.

last year when it happened, everyone panicked. Those speculators speculated big time because they expected there are not many manufacturers and demands will definitely outstripped supplies.

Still who is holding the major shares that will decide the future ??

A good scenario - Demand stable or increase
$20 a box is a inflated price , so is the share price at that moment. Not likely to get back to that price, unless there is lockdown again in major countries when manufacturing become an issue again.

More new virus means everyone continue to wear mask for a while. Even vaccines work that doesn' t mean we can remove the mask immediately.
