these few days mlt keep dropping. some nagative are affecting it?
And if Cuscaden, of which Mapletree is part of the consortium, is successful with taking over SPH, the uncles are million % sure that the Mapletree will want the data centres business and the office spaces. OBS is only interested in the residential part and the shopping malls. The only problem is that some SPH' s data centres are JV with Keppel.

meanwhile coffee shops uncles are of the view that MIT and MLT may be next on merge card.
both have data centres, both are into storage business, both have industrial spaces and business parks, many portfolios overlap. The difference is probably the geographical spread, MIT more local and in America, while MLT more Asia focused. And both have the same father and grandfather. Both managers may be different but they are the legitimate sons of the same father. When it getter bigger, it make more sense to have more savings in the managing aspects...

The trick is not to apply more than 3x of your entitlements. 2 x is the best, sure to get.
also I think the management may be a little biased towards those with larger holdings.. If you have a large holdings, you more likely to get your full subscription plus excess.
