1. Retreat of Oil Price is temporary contingent on China covid management, it will come back hard and pain
2. The surge to $130 per barrel had already got big energy firms back to their senses to focus more on clean energy and SM is in this game. More capex by these firms and more contracts soon to be announced.
3. Any oil price surge in future will augment point 2 in a vicious cycle manner
Hence, Alls well for SM and ends well for SM.

It takes from 15.13 pm till 15.34 pm to clear from 0.107 to 0.109. About 21 mins. Base on this rate, 0.111 will be reached at 16.16 pm Lets see !

If got fresh fund, it' s will be injected on the merge. To shut the mouth of Keppel SH for getting lesser shares than SM SH in the combined entity 😄 . Keppel SH will not mind, provided 1) fresh fund injected in the new entity so that there will be enough funds to avoid a RI in the new entity, 2) TH must be major shareholders of more than 50% in the new entity, 3) the fresh fund injected must be at least based on 1.1x PB.

KOM is broke. An injection of funds is a must for NEWCO to complete the existing $8b order books and hence its survival and by extension Temasek because it's the biggest shareholders. The million dollar question is whether the injection will be done before or after the merger.
