Wondering why Geo wants to sell part of MBJ which is a cash cow when completed. Hopefully that Resinvest deal does not come with massive sweetener of warrants which will further dilute shareholders stake. Today is t+4 for those who rush in on Monday on Resunvest's news. Not vested. Dyodd.

suprise that melati does not activate their sbb mandate when he kept saying geo largely undervalued.
resinvest also does nothing, to buy cheaper from the market instead offer the 1.5bil deal which now seem like some said could be ' fake' .

time (increase production, start of MBJ, estimated increase in coal prices,
entry into coking coal business, REInvest increase in investment,,...) surely Geo' s share price should
be rising, not dropping. This is what is surprising me.

GEO continues to respect the ascending channel on the weekly chart.
With the latest impulse wave completed, price action has shifted into its corrective phase, setting up the next checkpoint once support is tested.

seems like the $1.5b valuation by Resinvest is fake news, Geo trending to be below $1b valuation
May have chance tomorrow. Though its a green candle today, the closing price falls below yesterday' s red candle,

There were shortists who shorted Geo as low as 55cts..... they have to recover back at 60cts now....
That is painful....... please do not anyhow short this counter.
the underlining business is very strong
forward looking business is even stronger
there are many supporters who will not let go until the full potential value is realised.
think twice or trice or as many as you wish..... don' t short!!!

If I remember correctly, some analyst mentioned MBJ could be valued at usd 1 billion some months ago.
Now Resinvest term sheet put MBJ vauluation atusd 1.5 billion, or 500 million more.
The drop in a few millions in 1Q result nore than well compensated, in terms of investment value.

Let's look at the long-term and see what Geo can offer the investors in the long run. We shall observe from Q3 onwards, this the the period when the road haul commence it's operation.

ReInvest initial investment is by 3Q 2026, meaning by Oct, which also means the definitive agreement has to be out by latest Oct, or even earlier.

If you believe the management, we have to persevere and 坚 持 到 底 , wind off from the Neo sayers as they are trying to bring the prices down by starting to criticize here and there and scare off the panic investors. Do not fall into their trap. One Neo sayer told me to wake up just now because the price rebounded after a short sell off
