Bro, really take my advise. I never say you cannot buy now. I only say you cannot hold more than 4-5 years after those contracts are finished.
Just for your further info. This Tuas South Water Treatment Plant will be our largest Newwater plant at west. the 1st phase projects are Water Reclamation plant, basically is to treat all domenstic and industry water at west. Besides it is NEA incinerator plant which will use the Bio gas from this plant to burn the rubbish. Total investment by gov for these 2 projects are more than 10Bil.
But, 4-5 years later, no more mega project from PUB.
You have to differentiate the ECO these company involved here is water treatment rather than the energy sector which are sembcorp ind, ST Engineering and Keppel Corp specialised at.

One of the support point is Hyflux was the big brother in this industry previously.
PUB took over their Design Build Own and Operate (DBOO) Desalination Plant at Tuas is one of the cause of Hyflux Wind up.
So really lah, Gov projects, not easy ah.
Stock market, can speculate but must sell when price at high.

what i understand is UESH Holding is plan for IPO.
Currently holding 700 over mio order book from PUB and NEA. Below is one of the awarded contract.

Anyway, play for swing and speculation can lah, but i really don' t think anyone shall hold them in long term for may be 4-5 years later when all the gov project are completed since it is unlikely to earn money from Gov project.

Seem like all these actions are a preparation for new company IPO.

Last time, Salin also halt for 2 days before their PUB contracts in malaysia announcement.
So, i shall say congratulation to the holder since Sanli price shoot double after the announcement and halt lifting.
