As for OUE, to me like opportunist....

Do note: Fan Kow Hin, Aathar Ah Kong Andrew and Jong Hee Sen and their family
members fall under 30% of the issued share capital.
According to a filing made on Tuesday, Fan has reduced his direct and
indirect stake from 23% to 13.4%. IHC said while Jong had confirmed his stake
had not changed, it had no information on Aathar' s stake.
