Let say you are Mr Chin and you are going to inject your hotel into Adventus.
Just giving an example:
1) Let say Adventus has 10 lots issued share. You(major shareholder) have 6 lots while small investors 4 lots.
2) Your own hotel is worth $1000.
Case 1) Would you issue Adventus shares at 10 cents to buy over your own hotel? ie: Issuing 10 lots of adventus shares at 10 cents = 10 x $100 = $1000 to buy over your own hotel.
So in the end, you will receive 10 lots of adventus shares for your hotel. End result: You have total of 16 lots while small investors 4 lots.
OR
Case 2) Would you issue Adventus shares at 1 cents to buy over your own hotel? ie: Issuing 100 lots of adventus shares at 1 cents = 100 x $10 = $1000 to buy over your own hotel.
So in the end, you will have 100 lots of adventus shares for your hotel. End result: You have total of 106 lots while other investors 4 lots.
Imagine you are Mr Chin, which case would you choose? Case 1 or Case 2?

very obviously there are buyers absorbing from the sellers.
When adventus annouced green energy biz selling started but when hotel developement annouced price jumps up with high volume. What does this means?
U think for yourself. 3.2c now is still not an expensive px to pay for its potential.

Well, there are some ppl here who will start shouting chiong har.. huat har,, buy har.. hold har!!!
Then BBs very happy to see that becos it means buyers will appear and there is enough buyers, the BBs start to dump.
So I think those ppl who keep shouting huat har, chiong har, hold har, can reach 10 cents etc are infact helping the BBs to dump.

The bb run some at 34 but look like buy back again at 31, 32 q ,still can see their imgage
I think once u all should just keep quiet everytime there is a pump up.
BBs pump but if u all keep quiet and there is no ready buyers, They CANT dump, so they have to keep the price at high price becos they are holding to many shares.
But if ppl here start shouting chiong har, huat har, buy and hold etc.. buyers appear and then when enough buyers appear, BBs dump!!!. So how to stop BBs dumping? easy, just keep quiet and let the BBs suffer since no buyers for them to dump to and they have to keep the price high, if not they suffer.
Correct?
nice to see it chiong, i agree we should not show our emotions too much here (espeically positive ones).
BBs are basta*ds and like to spoil the party.

yup.. the BBs wants you to say this type of things.. HOLD dun sell, and huat will chiong to 10 cents etc..
U are helping the BBs if u still dun know.. By telling ppl it will chiong to 4 cents, 10 cents, 90 cents, you are luring buyers in for the BBs to dump.
By asking ppl to HOLD , you are helping the BBs so that they can dump before the innocent investors and ends up, innocent investors holding the babies.

i think if u can keep quiet all these way and then the BBs cant dump and thus they cant execute their pump and dump method, the price would not have dropped slowly but surely. Everytime they pump, they dump and price go lower.
The BBs must be very happy with you.

muifan sifu taught me that BBs are most afraid of HOLDING power. If you HOLD, they cant do anything to you. Wait for the day they pump to the sky then let go!!!

How pump and dump works?
At 2.7 cents, you dun buy. Then BBs pump, innocent ppl like you think is a breakout, innocent ppl buys. BBs very happy dump.
Then slowly BBs dump slowly, back to 2.7 cents, no buyers again, BBs collect cheap from contra or force sellers. Then BBs pump, innocent ppl think is a breakout again, buys. BBs very happy again, dump.
This repeats for a few rounds.
