All of them.
As always, a better stock dont come cheap becoz it is more sought after.
Its precisely becoz it is a better stock that people are willing to pay more to own it.
Hence, the price is higher than another stock in the same industry but which is not as highly sought after.
For me, which others may disagree as each of us have our own preferences, these 4 are highly sought after in the following order:
Ascendas
Mapletree Industrial Trust
Mapletree Logistics Trust
Keppel DC REIT
You can either park money in 1 or 2 or all of them.
What proportion of your funds to put in each of them is entirely your choosing.

I had a gear box problem on one of my previous cars. AD suggested changing the whole transmission also.
I went to a gear box specialist in Ulu Pandan. He test drove a bit and quoted me less than 3K. Cleaned up the valve body in a couple of hours. Everything was sorted. Final cost 2.7K.

But Ascendas is not a China company.
Not likely we will get a sudden accusation of " accounting irregularity" and then stock price kena whacked.
Their valuers are independent and I think are the big boys in the industry.
Big listed companies...when it comes to real estate valuers, accountants and lawyers, they use only big names.
Not the kuching-kurak small frys.
