Yes, I understand.
Thanks for enlightening.
As a responsible and caring employer, to have your workers some of whom may be like brothers to you and their families are
like your family lose their lives like this in your factory while labouring for you... is heartbreaking. The commercial fallout from
such a serious accident is another thing altogether though just as devastating to the business owner.

while boss kaz had done a very good job to help a friend in need...

his friend is indeed in a deep $hit now... unfortunately

it is not only about insurance to cover the medical cost for his operators... it is more than that..
1) getting fined or even risk suspension from authority... this is one big problem
2) other operators might not want to work etc...
3) reputation damaged etc... because some brands/customers might not want to buy from a factory who has major accidents
4) the trauma of knowing that your workers actually died because of accidents (we know it is not 100% employer' s fault but as a responsible employer you will feel very very bad/sad that your poor operators actually lost their lives in your factory..)

this is a difficult moment for his friend.. and hope that he will be ok after this

Bro Kazerin,

To render help is always a good thing.
Today you offer help.
Another day you receive help.
If can help, help.
And if everybody do that, the world will be a much, much better place.
Than if we all just stand by and pretend we didnt see when someone needs help.
Recently I was at a Fairprice shop and I was right at the cashier doing my transaction.
The elderly lady who was right behind me tried to open a box containing cherry tomatoes and everything sort of exploded and
there were cherry tomatoes everywhere. Those in the queue behind her and those who were walking past all stopped and bent
down to pick up the cherry tomatoes for the elderly lady. It was heartwarming to see people extending kindness to a fellow being
when help was needed. I couldnt move out from where I was standing to help becoz the lady' s trolley was blocking me. There was
another time at another place where a customer dropped a whole bunch of coins which rolled in every direction. All those who were
near to that customer or passing by without hesitation picked up all the coins to return to the rightful owner. And there was once I was
at a mall at the corridor. I saw a kid...about 3 to 4 yrs old climbing onto the glass railing and looking down into the mall atrium which
was  3 floors below. His head and his shoulders were already over the top of the railing. I shouted at the kid " Boy!!! Get down !!! Get
down !!!" . He looked at me...was startled and proceeded to get down. His mother, who was on the phone and with her back facing
the kid, was totally unaware that her kid was in danger of falling. She heard my scream and ran back towards her child. Phew !!!

So, nice one there, Bro Kazerin.
Your friend... he didnt take out insurance to cover such a situation

COVID stocks has been weak all week last week.
Today still weak.

Medtecs at 1.07...down 3 cts.
Top Glove....Day Low at 1.71... down 8 cts.
UG and Riverstone are down 1 ct each at 0.635 and 1.35.

Riverstone......after licking 1.06, she rebounded to 1.59.
That was a good bounce of 53 cts or 50% but not high enough for those stuck from 1.59 to 2.00 to get out.
Now that she is back at 1.34 after reporting stunning but widely expected results, those who are still stuck are growing weaker
with each passing day. Their dilemma is should I sell at best or hold out and hope for another run to 1.59 to sell higher?
What if she goes back to 1.06 ? And what if I sell now and she blast off to 1.59 first and then higher? The list of what ifs goes on.

This week news was abt the tuas factory explosion. That was my friend's company. On the day after the incident, my friend called me to ask for help. He was visibly shaken. The wall facade was hanging by the tread and needs to be removed as it is a.safety hazard so i deploy my workers, lorry crane and scissors lift to help them remove. Think this time he jialat liao. Will be keeping him in my prayers. Life is unpredictable, cherish your loved ones.

Thanks! Is always good to be selective and focus on those stocks counter that you are familiar with! For S-chips , I think many are not going to touch .. Locally, I think is Good enough to focus on famous reit and bank. Dyodd

Yup that' s because China has managed to control COVID well. I was just using that as an example what an issue like that in China could affect this reit.
