GRs behaviour seems to suggest big correction ahead because yields will spike more.
Futures at +316 is fueling this rebound.
But COVID stocks are all red...no rebound for them and some of the GRs are also red.
XD 27 Apr.....Dividend is 10 cts.
27 Apr may seem like so far away when you are LONG.
But if you are SHORT and there is a squeeze and the price keeps moving further and further away from your SHORTs,
then 27 Apr will seem so very near and you will wish XD is on 27 Dec 2021.

As always, a better stock dont come cheap becoz it is more sought after.
Its precisely becoz it is a better stock that people are willing to pay more to own it.
Hence, the price is higher than another stock in the same industry but which is not as highly sought after.
For me, which others may disagree as each of us have our own preferences, these 4 are highly sought after in the following order:
Ascendas
Mapletree Industrial Trust
Mapletree Logistics Trust
Keppel DC REIT
You can either park money in 1 or 2 or all of them.
What proportion of your funds to put in each of them is entirely your choosing.

Then same as using money to buy market depth lah.
Coz if market depth is truly free, meaning I dont have to give up anything in return for it, the reward points I can use to buy
groceries at NTUC Fairprice. Which is like money. So if use reward points to pay for market depth is like using money to
buy market depth.
