You need to see which key to whack. 
Skarly hit 8 instead of 6 and your BUY order is filled immediately. 

So essentially what you said is the same thing as what I said - what if the price breaks below the blue line to hunt for STOPs.

I just went thru your " RESUME" .
Seems like you are quite diverse in your stockpicks.... macam like you are all over the place.
By the way... " Mai Too leow" .... in Hokkien isn' t " dont push anymore" but " dont delay anymore" or " dont proscrastinate anymore" .

IMO, by Q3, US internal economy should be ~80% opening up due to the herd immunity from Covid-19 Vaccination (currently over 100millions doses has been administered in US).  Al that pent up demand/spending should be driving interest rate higher.  Money will also need to be taken out from the equity markets to pay for taxes by the retailers.    It will be interesting to see how the US markets, especially techs and growth counters can hold on to their sky high valuations.

IMO, Powell' s statement is likely to move market negatively.

Like someone said, Q2 might see 10yrs bond rate at > 2%.

Ascendas and Keppel DC REIT both pay dividends in Jan and Jul.
MLT and MIT pay dividends in every quarter. 
Ascendas paid 14.688 cts in 2020.
Keppel DC REIT paid 9.17 cts in 2020.
MLT paid 8.21 cts in 2020.
MIT paid 12.1 cts in 2020.
