I had quick glance. It looks like it is using its cash raised late last year.
I remember asking this question about this before regarding if they had spent all the money because of something I saw in their financial report. (Can' t remember what already. Cham, only a few weeks already cannot remember.

These rejections have made me stronger :).
But sometimes the " no vibes" is really unexplainable.
No doubt what you have shared is a real possibility. That night she was nice enough to give me a breakdown, quoted from her " When two people get together, it not just about qualities on a checklist.....because you' ve ticked all of them...." . That was when I realized I wasn' t gonna get the outcome I wished for
With that said I too, have my fair share of issuing rejections to ladies. Actually, what do you Bros usually tell the girl when rejecting them?

If you are right, it means she also pays dividends twice a year... not quarterly.
Looks like we will have to wait for the entire Year 2021 to go by before we know if she is a bi-annual REIT or quarterly REIT.

before 2020 the xd date is around mid May.
base on last business update in early Feb 2021, est the result release for 1H will be early May and one week to xd will be mid May.
May will be the season to sell and go away and hope the May MSCI date will be another durian season.

To serve 400 customers in one month is normal.
But to date 40 ladies in one month where you are constantly at your best... is very demanding.
Your self-awareness and self-consciousness about your appearance, your dressing, your manners, your speech.....is at heightened levels.
And to do that everyday for one month is very exhausting. Not to mention very confusing.
And I suppose you get to experience both extremes - one where you wish the nite will last forever and others where the moment you met
your date you wish you can end it in the next minute. And I am not talking about looks. I am talking about vibes. When the vibes are not there
and you feel very weird to be alone with a woman, you will feel very uncomfortable and want to end the meeting right away.

No kidding Bro Kazerin i don' t think i have hit 40 times per month, but its definitely exhausting. Its like going for interviews after interviews.
With that said the experiences were a mix bag, but these dates helped me identify what i really wanted vs. what i thought i wanted.
As i grew older, my ideal future wifey is very different from the one that i wished for when i was a kid....
