Not a sifu, I am a kiasi apprentice, so my forces are spread wide. My long term portfolio has about 12 reits, a little bit of everything.

But u need to ask the following qns before you invest.
Do u have a emergency fund and if yes, how long can it last you ? 6 mths to 12 mths will be good
what kind of returns are you looking at for reits
if the money sleeping in bank not huge, spread " risk" not that much difference since they are all reits, just what type of reits.
there are a few ppl that invest solely on reits only and i think one of them is dividend warrior from investing note, maybe you can google him and check him out.

Thanks for your advice, that means I just need to set aside emergency funds for 12 months and the rest I should invest in Reits instead of putting in bank.
Spreading risk for me is important too, as money is not insignificant. :)

IG old platform need to click on the security button on the url bar. it is quite lek chek. new platform easier for forex, futures etc.

This is from my DEMO account.
Both Wall Street Cash positions which is Dow Futures ..... were red at one point in time.
But seeing how this Dow Bull die die dun want to die, I told myself just hold and all will be well.
Using DEMO to trade Dow Futures have also given me the confidence to go LONG when I see the next pullback.
Will see how it goes. Dow already crossed above 33000. My 36000 by year end target will need to be upsized ler.
At the rate she is going, she may well hit 40000 by year end.
2021 is, on hindsight, going to be a ' MISSED THE BOAT Year" for many people, I think.
Those who are still LOONing SHORTs .... you should cover at the next dip.
And then go LONG.
Plus resolve no more SHORTING for the rest of this year.
Go LONG only.
Each time there is a pullback.
Do this until that long awaited correction comes.
If at all it comes.
am using new platform since only play index which is better than the old one cos white plain back ground as i " sang kwang" ....
