This contravenes the trading act. Creating a false sense of market is illegal.
But then I am not sure if this happens. Maybe that' s why you get 100 shares by many different groups when you sell or buy.

How about this monkey theory on a Friday afternoon.
Let say this time monkey want to buy, he will put a very large selling order misleading others to sell to his small bids
or some will join in the sell queue and as you join the sell queue the monkey will withdraw some of his sell queue slowly bit by bit
and re queue behind others so that the selling size remain high, then he will be collecting from his bids if others jump to sell
to his bids while at the same time he will taking the offers of others slowly bit by bit and keep repeating this process.
Simiarly the reverse for shorting.
In short the bids or offers also the same monkey but you didnt realise the monkey withdraw to re queue his larger bids or larger offers depending
on whether he is selling or buying.

Anything near 60 I am quite keen as its around my age, easy to remember what price I buy at.

If they wan slow slow cover, we will let them give us the interest plus principal.
Since we are ok to buy and hold, and some more Gen Wave taught us Top Thin Bottom Thick Strategy.
So when they want to play, they need to know how many monkeys, " kiseki_2818 elephant" , SMRs, TFAs, Generals are inside.

you are not wrong about this theory but it doesnt mean that this theory holds every time when you see such action....
and it could be just a one day happening where monkey just wants to do a quick shorts covering in the morning and have no intention to go long in the afternoon...

My Price Target of $5.00 by end-2021 is on track.
How I wish she is a one dollar stock.
At $4.00+, she is expensive to do BUY & HOLD.
Instead of hold 100 lots at $4.00, the same amount can hold 400 lots of Raffles Medical when she is at $1.00.
Or 640000 bottles of ThaiBev when she is at 0.625.
