Depending on what' s written in the agreement of the business split. Since if they do that, there will be a conflict of interes, I expect CLA to at least have some sort of agreement with CLIM on this restricting them in investment in this area based on time and/or geography.

Create a BUY Wall at 0.72 for 2 reasons:
1. So that all short term traders and longer term investors will see a STRONG SUPPORT at 0.72 and price action also tells
them to Ka Ka BUY at 0.72 with stops at 0.60 to 0.69 depending on one' s tightness when placing a stop loss.
2. To encourage traders and investors to key in their BUY & FORGET recurring order to buy at 0.72. This will create liquidity
for the monkey to start off the selldown by withdrawing his own fake BUY orders first and then throw down to the remaining
real buyers in the queue. As this is the start of the throw-down which is also the highest price for his SHORTs, he wants to
be top-heavy when embarking on a Shorting Expedition. So the fatter the BUY queue at 0.72, the better it is for him. It means
he will have thousands of lots of SHORTs done at 0.72. That way, by the time he depress the price to say 0.60 to 0.625 region,
his thousands of lots of SHORTs done at 0.72 will be deep in the money. On the way down he will ofcoz do more SHORTs and
these batches of SHORTs will also give him lots of bacon.

CLIM is ging to be an investment company..............can invest in anything.....keke......maybe they can also invest in equities, cryto, early investment in potential unicorn, commodities, rare earth?.......

Capitaland used to have another good growth stock called CapsMallAsia or CapitaMall Asia.
It was taken private. So lost one good stock there.
Then when CMT and CCT merged into one... lost another good stock there.
There was also this good blue chip stock called Global Logistics Properties... also taken private.
Our first world... world class renowned STI... not many good stocks to park money for long term.
If she keeps losing good stocks like this.... then shake head for us ler.
They wanting to take Capitaland private reminds me of Keppel Group which took Keppel Land private many years ago.
If ST Engrg...Wilmar... SATS... etc all also want to be demoted to the rank of PRIVATE... then its going to be tough to do
