I think cuz their Marketing/PR sleeeeeeeping...contract wins usually are usually media pipeline handled by Sakes/Mktg/PR....whereas IR handles SGX n financial announcements, which may leverage Sales/Mktg/PR news pitches when they have nothing positive to message....In YZJ case, not sure what their PR/IR strategy is, seems disconnected😅

Don't think contract won is a obligation to announce in SGX.
Most of the time annoucement more like a confidence injecting action.
Thru out SGX u will notice not every companies annouce their business movement.
At least for me I never notice SGX query the company on that topic....

they have been announcing, but via trade news. tbh there' s no urgent need for them to announce outside of quarterly/annual reports unless really stock crash that results in bad PR
