War in Iran is currently cutting Gulf oil and oil products supply to the market by some 15 million barrels per day which could raise crude prices to US$150 per barrel, according to research and consultancy firm Wood Mackenzie.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards said Tuesday that no US Navy vessel has "dared" approach the Strait of Hormuz, after a senior official in Washington said on social media that a warship had escorted a tanker through the strategic waterway, then deleted his post.
President Donald Trump on Tuesday warned Iran to immediately remove any naval mines in the Strait of Hormuz or face unprecedented military consequences, as Washington continues to weigh escorting commercial vessels through the vital shipping lane.

Saudi Arabia has lowered oil output by between 2 million and 2.5 million barrels a day, and the United Arab Emirates has cut its output by 500,00-800,000 barrels a day, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday.

The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to announce the issue and allotment of an aggregate of 2,160,000 new ordinary shares (&ldquo New Shares&rdquo ) in the capital of the Company on 10 March 2026 with an exercise price of S$0.150 each, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the RHP Share Option Scheme 2011.
The New Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 19 March 2026 and trading of the New Shares is expected to commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on the same date. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all aspects with existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (&ldquo Shares&rdquo ).
Following the allotment and issuance of the New Shares, the total number of issued Shares has increased from 835,937,400 Shares to 838,097,400 Shares.

Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Mar. 10 that his country is prepared to continue attacks for as long as necessary. According to Reuters, he said negotiations are no longer possible.
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps warned that its oil blockade will continue for as long as U.S.-Israel strikes continue. They added, "We are the ones who will determine the end of the war."
In response, U.S. president Donald Trump threatened to hit Iran much harder. "We will hit them so hard that it will not be possible for them or anybody else helping them to ever recover that section of the world," he said on Mar. 9.
Earlier, he predicted that the conflict would end well before the initial four-week timeframe he had set out.
