Yes having sat at 8cents for 6 months looks huge, but its just 11% up from here, i.e. if we get 2 days of 5% we are there. If we look at trade volumes 63M is very low, meaning the move or short covering havent start yet, these 2 days BB just making sure we have support at this level. Yesterday and today we have around 200M new shareholders at this level that won' t be selling soon. Just sit tight. Getting it to 20C will also be a moral victory for the Management, that all who subcribed the rights and supported SCM during its desperate times did not lose money.

My personal view, by Friday this week we will be at 12 cents. As charts are turning positive and there still are open shorts to cover, the business update would help to continue upward to 16c.

If there was NO merger & NO Newco this would have been the start of a bull run for SCM. However, the Merger and Newco news and the deal will now decide the price.

As long as this news is not yet out, we will continue upwards and it should not be a surprise if we touch 20c by month end ( Subject to an announcement of a profitable Q1 and dividends )

Keep in mind that the 2 RI raised 2.1$ billion which is what the Acct Receivables IOU amount to.

I think if SM managed to bargain for a fair deal and I have reservations, the price will be 12 cents plus. After it becomes NEWCO, I don't know and don't want to know because I will sell at all costs before NEWCO is born. Of course, I am likely to be wrong, it's just my opinion. Heavily vested.
