By the way, I don' t work for anyone.  Someone asked me to look, so I did.  Along the way, I saw a lot of things I didn' t understand going on.  So i posted in this forum and shared what I have found out.   
I am NOT, a warrior for anyone.    I don' t owe anyone any favor, nor any money to do this.   
The person who asked me to look into this, she' s asking for a favour, she didn' t ask me to go public on any view, I did it myself because I couldn' t understand why people here keep on insisting on doing something to harm themselves...I just couldn' t undertand it.

I post for the public at large. I hope they read what I write.

 

 

I have read that piece.  In fact, I did all my homework well.  Till I know all there is to know to make any investment decision on SIR.    I was called to look into to it and give advice.  That' s what I did.    Part of my due diligence is to look at the comments in this forum - because Sun Tzu emphasizes to know the ground well before the battle. 

I like Donald Han, I think he is a good guy, he is driven to make the company shine.    People question, why  he didn' t do this, why didn' t do that....but listen to the wisest of literature,...Ecclesaistes 3....there is a time to plant, and a time to uproot.    You do something at the wrong time, you are dead.    It' s all about timing.    I only know him from the vids posted, and the news media, as I said, I have no dealings with SREIM, no stocks, nothing.    100% kapo sai!    I have no vested interest, I don' t intend to buy any Reit, it' s not my thing.

Err...just a really stupid remark, but i need to say it. 
If anyone wants a higher return than 9%, just buy Bitcoin.  It' s going to give you more than 9%...much much more....but the risks...that' s a different story.    Bitcoin is a delusion, you probably will get more than 9% now...but it is a delusion, founded on hearsay and hype.  Might end up losing all your capital!    The wisdom tells us,....there is a time to plant and a time to uproot.  And who is to say who is incompetent, and who is competent?    It' s all timing.

I have done my part, given advice to the person who sought my advice, and cleared the slate.

Since I already experienced the bad smell, and could not comprehend at all the reactions in this forum, please tell me.

When I highlighted the statement and asked to look at it carefully.....there is a reason.
ESR dropped the fight.  Why? 
It went to High Court.  Don' t play play.
The defamatory party admitted publicly, that means if ESR comes back, that party cannot find excuses.   
Do you know what that means?
