Another counter sincap, also doing same business, placement 1.8cent,i support because of this. In the end, keep laosai till no eye see. Now struggling at 0.6-0.8sen. 😊
I hope the same BB can take over the sincap business. Price is undervalued.

To be fair, I bought WAY before Takeover, I bought cause of 1.5 china investor bonds, plus i got biz friend in the same line says can try a bit. Then cause covid or maybe naturally it fell to 1.1 to 1.2 then languish there forever. Takeover was UNEXPECTED for me. So that was a plus, just that i queue 2.4 instead of 2.3 then before i could reach it was 2 cents then didnt sell. Now 1.6-1.7 SIAN.
I think takeover if real will be 2.5 or 52-week high: 1.6. Their coal reserves is undervalued hence NAV low. Overall, seems got coal demand from China.

yeah anything can happen. If offer is too low then they don' t sell and price falls back. That' s why it' s lottery!

Can you ask the Board to post an update on the nature of the LOI, terms especially after in your press release it was stated:
As the Group proceeds with negotiations and formulating a response to the LOI
Can the Board share with us more details and their response having spent the past 3-4 days reviewing the LOI? Have a ballpark figure or offer price been raised?
Would the Board consider releasing more news to assuage the shareholders who have been loyal supporters of the Board all these years?
