ASTI&rsquo s business is so valuable, that many companies queuing to buy their business. So they had &ldquo granted&rdquo China fortune tech a chance... but the exclusivity had lapsed. They will give other companies a chance... too....
Both dragon and asti deals sounds too good.....
Going by so many comments that this datuk is useless. I am more confident that this deal will go thru. The lapse is for the exclusivity in buying ASTI. NOT a lapse of deal going off. If you read carefully, there is no mention of deal is Off. Maybe someone trying to buy low...
My personal thinking. Not trying to be smart...
But he still said discussion going to third party ? Still got hope or not ?
As good as deal gone. Cannot even come into binding term sheet after all these months.

I just checked the chart.
EW start 78, now at w5 89.
And w5 is at least 200% of wave 1.
If got profits, don't be greedy.
