So far all the acquisitions were at $0.077 (don' t know got any hidden ones)
It could mean that many retailers are holding the stock..
If there is no further favourible news, retailers will likely take profit, contra selling, and loss cutting next week..
Hopefully, I am correct. But anyway, am satisfied with the profit..

I just feel that if the same raffles medical management were to manage hmc ihc, it would have become like raffles medical....or even better

Fan needs to fight back as previously he do not have enough funds to buy the stocks from the market after sgx probe. White knight aka The Duo, ally, comes in to buy from the market, at least to hold the price so that it will not be take away from other rich developer who will just buy in the shares from market at much lower price. Once this issue solved, it is time to kick The Duo out. Hence got help from Lippo group who is another Ally of Fan. They maybe some terms and condition prior to Lippo stepping in and definitely beneficial for Fan. Businessman!
Who knows the Fan and Lippo may want to sell Oxley at the better price instead of The Duo buying at ave price of 8cts. Nav of ihc is about 12cts. Say about $200m? |

By doing so, you gather more than 50% stake collectively.....but without Triggering the 30% compulsory take over offer
With more than 50% stake support, things "are in control"....
