Not sure. Sometimes preference shares may have different rates. These are not normal shares. Otherwise they don' t need to account for the

Agreed, the current price is based on trailing PE. After factoring today' s Gold price, the forward PE should value this darling easily between 2 to 3, which by next half year results in 26 June due in 3 months time should reflect that. On the backdrop of US political polarisation, TACO & flip flop economic policies and tariffs which will put further strain on the US debts and de-dollarisation, JUST LONG AND HOLD. It will reap better returns than longing SG bonds or putting in FD. Unless you feel that the whole world will make peace together like old pals and the global soverign funds or FI come to a halt in accumulating gold as the USD is like " Gold" to hold...

CNMC could be the next " AEM" ... It has not priced in the forward PE based on today' s gold price which explains why it has reversed back into gains from morning selldown with insignificant volume. If it BO 1.8, it will fly high towards 2.0 .... WATCH
