The investment being disposed of is Polaris Culture&rsquo s entire shareholding in Shopdeca, comprising 234,540 ordinary shares and representing 19% of the total equity interest in Shopdeca as the management deems that the minority stake is no longer strategic. The consideration for the Disposal was on a willing buyer, willing seller basis after taking into account the premium over the holding cost. The net sale proceed from the Disposal, after deducting all costs and expenses, is at US$525,000.00 (US Dollar Five Hundred Twenty Five Thousands) or equivalent to SG$707,679.00 (Singapore Dollar Seven Hundred Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Nine). The Proposed Disposal is expected to have a positive impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016. that time i bought 0.02x, Sold off at 0.010.

Maybe one day it will go up? But i rather choose move to others opportunity first...

We are not god, if everytime can win, you or i won' t be in this forum liao...haha
