i dun see any issue expressing differing stance, from your perspective within your shorts
from a strategic guess, TH withdrew from the partial offer for kep last year but still a plumber for SM (TH a major deem@54% as of now), even the strategic hyflux water/power wasn' t spared a single pipe from TH
from my perspective at this point everybody already knows it has been a loss making company. The bets are on the plumber, you never know what could be gushing out of the hole as compared to a profitable company everybody knows

Yup. Market is bad.  But yet, 8.4 seems like no more meat for the accumulator. 
I won' t be surprised that accumulator one short buy all the 8.5 during the last minute.

They shorted because they thought that the bad result announcement in February will cause the price to tumble as if everyone doesn't know about the bad result. On the contrary, what nobody knows is the result will turn out to be better than expected. I am betting on this.

Yes, fund managers are not stupid. They know the price is already rock-bottom and have to start covering back their short position. They know better that no one is MAD enough to sell them below 8 cents. Of there will always be some who has gone MAD, but they are the minority and will not have any impact.
