going to hit 50 cents soon
Today break resistancce 45cts and hit 47cts:s12::s13:
S$0.40 is coincidentally the 200d support line so from a TA perspective, that might be the new base support in the near/mid-term. closed strongly at day high of S$0.45, let' s see if the momentum can carry through till end of this week. RSI is trending on the high side of being over-bought, let' s see how the market reacts!
Rebound equally fast after being pushed down to a low 40cts..

with a solid 3Q2015 performance and dividend yield of 8%, the downside seems largely limited in my personal opinion. not sure what everyone else thinks but 25c TP is pretty much irrelevant now given that Phillips is exploring the possibility of separate listing to grow the lighting business. this will definitely be a strong catalyst for Valuetronics, just my two cents worth.

Still, px down nearly 5%.  Maybe another call for 25c coming that has greater impact, who knows.

I exited my position today at $0.445.
Any advise if 0.45 would still be a good entry point? What's the tp?
Holding well...likely will close unchanged end of day
Top 20 volume again!!!
busy working and miss the chance to buy more at 0.43 ....

arhhhhhh
Well done closed at 44cts
Building up on its momentum 44-44.5cts
Last half hour it was trading 42-42.5cts but closing bell all 42cts was taken up leaving a wide buy-sell gap 42.5-43.5 at close for tue and even on half day trading 18 Feb..Is this a good sign?
Top 20 volume again... that good sign of sustaining momentum.... need to clear off seller's pool at 43c... before it can push further

ICE contributes 60% of gross profit. CE contributes 40%. Out of the 40% from CE, only 30% can be attributable to LED lighting.
1. Industrial & Commercial Electronics (ICE) growth pacing the Consumer Electronics (CE) weakness as expected. 9M15 keeping pace with 9M14, earnings have not collapsed.
2. Market fears overblown: Last 2 quarters have shown resilience in earnings. No
obvious disruption to the client-supplier relationship with the MNC restructuring.
3. Growth drivers in place: ICE segment in the right place and right time. US manufacturing looks healthy, more than 50% of ICE revenue comes from the US.
4. Market has not accounted for the change in business quality. As CE continues to shrink, and ICE grows (ICE already contributes 60% of gross profit, est),
Valuetronics&rsquo margins will continue to increase.
BUY: Cash-rich: Net cash ~ 55% of marketcap. Forecasted dividend yield of 7.5%. We think this is very undervalued based on 6.5x adj FY15 PE and 3.2x FY15 PE ex cash. Target price at 0.495 SGD, based on conservative 7x FW PE of 6.1 SG cents EPS with only 60% of the net cash added in.
Nice One!
More upside to come.
42-42.5 hit high 43cts accumulation in progress..at current price I don' t think will lose much? If worst scenario hold..dividend about S$13 for last year per share..last year at AGM at Ris Carlton during AGM i went out to call my broker to buy 50000@48cts and after that it hit a high 59cts before selling at 53-53cts ex dividend hope history will repeat
