AWARD OF S$7.016 MILLION SEWER CONTRACT
The Board of Directors (?Directors?) of Tritech Group Limited (the ?Company? and together with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Presscrete Engineering Pte Ltd (?Presscrete Engineering?), had on 30 April 2014, been awarded a S$7.016 million contract, ?Proposed Sewers in Tagore Drive Area (Contract 1)? (the ?Contract?) by the Public Utilities Board (?PUB?).
The project location is in the vicinity of Tagore Drive, Tagore Lane, Tagore Industrial Avenue and Lentor Street.
The main scope of works includes, inter alia, the supply, delivery to site, storage, loading and unloading, laying, installation of 15 m of 300 mm internal diameter vitrified clay / polymer concrete pipe and 1,250 m of 900 mm internal diameter reinforced pipe and the construction of 12 numbers of reinforced concrete manholes and 1 integrated vortex drop chamber manhole.
The commencement date of the Contract is 7 May 2014 and the expected completion date is 6 November 2015. The defects liability period is 24 months.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract (other than through their shareholdings in the Company).
The Contract is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings per share and/or net tangible assets per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 31 March 2015.
I see more downside for now......
I guess it is showing that the market rejected the management on how it funds the acquistion of the Jining Zhongshan Public Utility Water Company.

Broken 22.5c support...and plunged
It was on an upward trend just before the 3 days trading halt for pending ancmnt, after ancmnt. of proposed acquisition of Jining water co. & prop. funding. Many reacted &ndash ve bec. they felt loan interest that they are paying quite high (12% per annum) & invester scare the huge dilution of exsiting shr. to 1.3bil.
As to Tritech wrts, there were large short sell executed on Apr. 15 & 22, 335,000 S$29,775 & 700,000 S$56,900 respectively which contributed it to drop a lot.
But investors shld be aware that its only a non-binding agreement, both parties can terminate it at any time. Same as the deal with Moya Holdings Asia was dropped in Jan. this year, as certain conditions were not met.
So there' s sell down here & all the plays is on others counters like HanKore, Vallianz, SIIC Env.... & lately SMRT.
If there will be no play on other counters, they will be back here for sure with new contract ancmnt.

Read it. Its about Tritech 'Time for harvesting' and the report is promising. Likely to see good trading activies very very soon....

Must be very patient. Tritech is articled in The Edge this week. Looks not bad.
