Paying USD$200m for a company which is making net losses of USD2.3m, net assets of USD2.8m...... on top of the USD200m, USD$50 more if EBITDA over USD$25m... I totally imcompetence to justify the acquisition... thus cut loss.....

Recently, US satellite company EchoStar has walked away from attempts to acquire Inmarsat after a second takeover bid was rejected by its UK rival.
Could this possible  reverse takeover involve EchoStar/Inmarsat?

Global Invacom (SGX: QS9) (AIM: GINV), the global provider of satellite communications equipment, announces that further to the suspension of trading in its shares on the Singapore Stock Exchange, its board is contemplating an acquisition (the &ldquo Acquisition&rdquo ) which, if approved and completed, would constitute a reverse takeover for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Accordingly, trading in the Company&rsquo s shares will be suspended on AIM until such time as the Company is able to publish an admission document in relation to the Acquisition or confirms that the Acquisition is no longer in contemplation.

The Company stresses that the Acquisition remains subject to negotiation with various counterparties and completion of due diligence satisfactory to the Group. Accordingly, there can be no guarantee that the Acquisition will complete or on what terms. The Company will make further announcements in due course.

Totally right. I referred back to the watchlist announcement which the company mentioned they will contemlate certain corporate actions to get out of the watchlist. Until now, I am clueless.

Look forward to complete turnaround with resumption of dividend payout. Would be a pleasant surprise if that happens within these couple of years, doubt it though
