Too early to take profit as this is by far the top volume in SGX today. My two cents.

Since it' s penny play, grab one with good fundamental, at least your downside is protected. I have been following and holding Adventus for 3-4 years, you all could have shortcut and hold the stocks same price as I do.

Their hotel and resort should be operating from this financial year onwards. Last. Pulls of years has been loss-making as no other business except the building of these hotels/resorts.

Actually I went Danang in September 2020 to check on the progress. Everything looks good. Fast forward to today, should have near completion already. Suspect due to the COVID 19 situation, they have delayed the opening, which makes sense as operating expenses will be more than the revenue for hotel operations in during this COVID period.
I started buying this counter from $0.014, and continue to do so even at $0.004. My only regret is I did not buy at $0.003 as there are so many opportunities in the stock market in end-Mar // early-Apr. Mr. Chin RTO this company at above $0.016 in 2014, and continue to inject money and capital into this " family business" till today. What is shared here are not rocket science. DYODD everyone. |
