Does it means that Tritech will become Terratech's mother company?
At current px, it' s still a good entry for many, but many are stuck @ 25-27cts... although those who are stuck are holding $$$ profits I believe.

Bro, forseeing its good growth potential, accumulating some warrants at this current price is a good move for cushioning any steep increase in the mother shares.
Just sharing my view. Vested in both, the warrants and the mother shares. Currently, staying on the buying mode.

The marble business, according to Voyage Research, is valued at S$234 million. Once the IPO is materialized, will definitely push the price of Tritech' s shares to greater height.
But Tritech wrts final hr., notice someone just cleared 70 & now closed @ 71... shld see movement in the coming days or weeks leading the the EGM to be held on June 11.

check Tritech' s recent' s sgx anncmt.... they got how many contracts alone from thomson line this year.
also, water business has more contracts than previous years.

No movement today,despite the good news regarding the long waited ipo of the marble business.Guessit must be due to the financial report, expected out today.

After a long wait, finally a SGX announcement... shld see positive movement on Tritech!
This time many will agree with the management on the proposed restructuring and spin-off of Terratech Group...
unlike rejection by many to previous announcement against the management on how it funds the acquistion of the Jining Zhongshan Public Utility Water Company.

EGM scheduled on 11 June abt approving the IPO listing...
but no new announcements coming out, will it rally?
