RS underperform mkt and should be attractive to value investors.
Earnings for 3 qtrs: RM1.31b
FY profits 2021: est RM1.6b or $510m to $520m
EPS : 34c to 35c per share.
Cash: RM1.8b or about 40c per share
FY2021 dividend to be about 17c based on 50% payout (2020 payout).
Interim divdend paid 3.3c.
Expecting at least 13c to be given based on dividend policy..
Current price 72c
PE 2.1 times (historical 10 to 12 times)
Use PE 6 times 34c eps, price should be more than $2
Company diversified products cover healthcare and clean room gloves should keep profits elevated.
Why trading so cheap?
