2. good dividend yield of 6.5% on current price of 12.0 cts
3. 4 continuous years of growth in revenue and profit.

impact of the acquyisition of Lee Hua, Goldheart and Maxion.

This sector has been doing well n Moneymax and Valuemax are trading at their historical high.
I am expecting Aspial Lifestyle to improve its result going forward as current year will reflect the full impact
of it' s take over of the businesses from the parent company. The 2nd half profit was S$20 mil.

in 2024, it jumps to $587 mil ... an improvement of $268 mil or 84.2%
Likewise the improvements in profit were substantial. It jumped from $15.9 mil in 2022 to $34.3 nil in 2024,
an improvement of $18.3 mil or 114.7%
Company has declared dividend every year. This year (2024) the dividend declared was 0.76 cts, which
work out to a yield of 6.5% on current price of 12.0 cts.

They have a property investment arm at BigFundR and have been doing very well launching many housing projects in Australia with many investors subscribing for them. Don' t know why they need a right issue when it has such high cash level.
