As of 4th June 2014, Award of S$6.099 million Instrumentation and Monitoring Contract by the Land Transport Authority.
maybe or maybe not... but I feel it will move up till the day of EGM June 11.

It dosen' t work this way ... but if u r very clever to understand how clever the listing is to benefits the shareholders.
Read carefully it from the recent circular mailed to sharehorlders.

THE UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS is not as disappointing as u may hv thought, if u clearly understood each of those loses. too long to explain it one by one here... ITS NOT THAT ALARMING!
What is important to hear is:
The Group&rsquo s engineering business remains its core business and the management is positive on the long term performance of this business which has continued to remain profitable despite increased competition and higher direct costs in Singapore that impacted its profit margin. As at 30 May 2014, the order book for the engineering business was approximately $115.1 million as the Group continues to secure new contracts from its major customers...
Cut short, the Group&rsquo s 3 businesses are expected to achieve continuous revenue growth in the coming 12 months & we may see profits from next result.

Bros, the announcement not new le. Think in April already announce the loss. And the fall to from march 0.47 to current.
Read some other analysts opinions that it can reach 0.38.

Today Tritech announced disappointing results. It suffered higher losses as compared qtr to qtr.
this is how I understand the grp is setup at this moment...
even if Terratech is successfully listed, it will be still just be under the umbrella of Tritech Group Ltd.
anyone hv a better answer?
