The ave daily trading vol for this REIT is 700k, higher than many REITs counter though, it' s just that today' s trading vol is super low.

There are many reasons for that, in this case it only means not many traders are involved. REITs are not for day trade, in morning, out afternoon is just not for REITs, their volatility profile is generally low. Of course there are a few exceptions, blue chip REITs like Ascendas and Capita have high daily trading vol, they are the benchmark and components in many indexes.

The problem is the volume is too low,... hence, if there is any change in the fundamentals, it will be difficult to escape !

A great Q1 report, I must say,.....
Not too sure. Best is to call up the office and check with them.
My guess is, the payout was delayed due to the taxing process. Take some time for them to process through .

I thought if she did not send back the US Tax Form, then the IRS ruling states that she will be taxed at only 30%. If we calculate the amount held back, 0.0192/(0.0192+0.0163) is 54% held back ?

Stayed at 0.835 to 0.840. Mkt is not giving more to this ctr, though it is an ' angmoh' ctr,...
Met many shareholders who bought since listing and held till today,... the share price has never performed,.. dropped from $1.00 at listing till today. One uncle shareholder stood up and commented that this business model is wrong. He must be smart enough to know that if a business model is wrong, he should have disposed very early on. I asked him : he said he is trapped with big holdings.
Lots of negative things asked,... lots of disgruntled shareholders,... really a failure this ctr,... buy 100 units and attend the AGM,... it' s really an eye-opener. I sold all my holdings but held on to 100 units in order to attend their AGM,...

When it comes to making money for investors, Manulife is very much better than HPH. HPH is good at making money for its founder, LKS, a very shrewd businessman from HK. He will sell off his holdings when they have made enough money for him and are on their way down.

Call center people are from Manulife. Maybe Manulife missed out on informing BR to give out the forms. Cos usually BR will act on it immediately once Manulife informs BR.

All the corp services are provided by boardroom sevices, not the staff from manulife.
I also never expected that they are so "cock up". Thats why i waited for them to resend me the forms initially.
