Having said all these, if really going in long term, $0.003/$0.004 would be a " good bet" - ONLY IF Adventus do not raise money through Rights or Share Consolidation. But for new retailers, if can don touch penny stocks, DON TOUCH.

Great! Since something is brewing and breakout above $0.009, why not you clear all the 6.5M shares @ $0.006? Can make 50% leh. WOW

If you are a true follower of this counter, you would have noticed they have already increased the NAV   by $18M with $14M increased in the " property, plant and equipment" - if not, the health of the company would have looked " much worse" - as their bank loan has ballooned from nothing to $18M.

Unless there is a buyer coming for this hotel / resort, I feel it is a   matter of time before Adventus comes begging for more money, I still recalled Derek Loh (now the Acting Chairman) forgotten about last year AGM, and came in very late (after a phone call reminder from Mr. Chin) - anyone was at 2019 AGM as well?

For me, if I do not have a stake in this company, I would probably skip this counter. My 2 cents.

Vietnam least affected by covid-19 , economy expected to rebound fastest in ASEAN 
As for the hotel yeah probably nobody willing to buy in such situation
