Vietnam employing cost is very cheap
This covid situation is bad that' s why the delay of project to finish is also good for company because the longer it takes to open , less costs are incurred.
The resort is near a UNESCO site , how come u can' t find it ?
Yes I agree with u , this hotel is more for selling , not for operating
I don' t think rights and issues will be going on because the big boss holds so much , rather than conducting a share placement which he surely needs to take part in it himself , it' s kind of useless and dilute shareholders holdings which is not good for the share price. He would probably continue giving interest free loans to the company instead. From the start I already say this stock is for hold not for punting Hahah.
Btw this is one of the few pennies with fundamentals and support from the big boss , rarely other pennies is like that

Having said all these, if really going in long term, $0.003/$0.004 would be a " good bet" - ONLY IF Adventus do not raise money through Rights or Share Consolidation. But for new retailers, if can don touch penny stocks, DON TOUCH.

How to make money when hotel operation is so much higher than revenue from customers, especially during this Covid Situation - don know when it will end.
If you been to Danang, which I went last year Sept, it is flooded with cheap hotels, albeit 3-4 stars, but can be as low as USD10-30 a night. If 5 stars, one would consider going to Novotel (just opposite Adventus hotel). As for the resort, I cannot even locate the resort at Hoian, despite paying and communicating with the driver via Google Map.
The only light I see at the end of tunnel, is the sale of hotel/resort to a third party |

I' m not surprise a lot of " big talking" here are meant to selfishly offloading their shares which was accumulated @ $0.003 or $0.004. Only trust yourself and the homework you do, don be tempted by the talk here.
