Sometimes, there exists an overallocation in a portfolio when an exercise like this takes place. Rhis exercise was never anticipated when an investor creates his portfolio. Hence, if there is an overallocation, must sell already,....

Yeah,... that' s right. How do the other SGX ctrs traded in the USD do this then ? I think we can use the mailing-in method to subscribe for the Rights using USD. Don' t use the ATM-pressing method. Just a thought here,....

For the purpose of this excercise, they are likely to set a fixed exchange rate. Just wait for them for further annoucement on the details, included ex-right and so on after the EGM.

further thoughts and doubts:
1) when went IPO the management, the company have plans to fund future or near term activities
2) Last acquisition is through favorable right issues and claims to increase shares in the market for trading
3) Less than 3 months now using rights issue with disount to get money. Don' t they plan properly? I believe the opportunity is not promp up yesterday? Why rush
4) The share movement of this counter is also strange. low volume and inching up slowly.
Conclusion....not comfortable unless some one can come out with a convincing explanation.

The management always use unconventional way of arrangements on its activities. If the company is really that well managment, why keep enticing investors using different ways?
