The pro forma financial effect of the Proposed Transaction on the NTA of the Group for FY2024 is as follows:

NTA per Share After the Proposed Transaction (Singapore cents) 3.67
Profit / (Loss) attributable to Shareholders (S$' 000) Before the Proposed Transaction 3,620
Profit / (Loss) attributable to Shareholders (S$' 000) After the Proposed Transaction (11,755)
NTA per share drops to 0.036 after Chip Eng Seng acquisition. EPS also become negative, meaning CES not profitable.
Hopefully CES remaining order book have better margins.
