The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) has projected Singapore&rsquo s construction demand for 2025 to soar to between  $47 billion and $53 billion, marking a significant leap from the  $32 billion to $38 billion  range forecasted for 2024. This surge is set to drive opportunities for local construction companies, many of which saw their stocks rise following the announcement.

To see much lower raw materials for Singapore as long as Trump is around for the next 4 years, so not everything is no good with Trump around, at least for steel and constructions !!! Singapore should take full advantage of this golden period to carry out any mega projects planned for the next decade and beyond !!!

There should be premium on top of the NTA due to the potential of the company !!! So the SP should be higher than 3.67 Cents !!!

The pro forma financial effect of the Proposed Transaction on the NTA of the Group for FY2024 is as follows:
NTA per Share  Before the Proposed Transaction  (Singapore cents) 5.25
NTA per Share After the Proposed Transaction  (Singapore cents) 3.67

Profit / (Loss) attributable to Shareholders (S$' 000)  Before the Proposed Transaction  3,620
Profit / (Loss) attributable to Shareholders (S$' 000) After the Proposed Transaction  (11,755)

NTA per share drops to 0.036 after Chip Eng Seng acquisition. EPS also become negative, meaning CES not profitable.
Hopefully CES remaining order book have better margins.
