Engineering Business remains on a profitable track
The Engineering Business has been the Group&rsquo s core business since Tritech&rsquo s inception in 1999. While this business has seen continuous growth, the operating environment has become more challenging in recent years due to keener competition and increased pressure on profit margins as a result of rising direct costs in Singapore.
However, thanks to our proven track record and strong reputation in geotechnical and geological services, the Engineering Business continues to secure new contracts consistently. This raised our order book to a healthy S$123.91 million as at 30 June 2014, including several contracts with the Land Transport Authority (&ldquo LTA&rdquo ) for the Downtown Line Stage 3 project and the new Thomson Line. Besides the LTA, we also won contracts from major customers such as SP PowerAssets Limited, the Public Utilities Board and China Railway No. 5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch).
Going forward, we intend to continue our strategy of focusing on specialised engineering projects to leverage on our advanced technical knowledge and capabilities. Such projects typically face less competition and are less labour- intensive which should help to relieve pressure on profit margins. Hence, the Group&rsquo s management remains confident and optimistic of the long term performance of the Engineering Business.
Marble Resource Business to start contributing positively
The Group&rsquo s Marble Resource Business became fully operational in FY2014 with the commencement of commercial production of high quality marble slabs at the first two hills of our marble quarry in Kelantan, Malaysia. In addition, our sales and marketing efforts for the marble and related products have already begun to pay off....
Water-related and Environmental Business poised to grow further
We are also excited about the prospects for the Group&rsquo s Water-related and Environmental Business, particularly in China where there is significant growth potential in the water-related industry....

This is a weak counter. Securing contracts in millions may not necessarily mean making good profits in millions.

What Ronald K must have meant from his last call to only his SOMM members who buy at 0.235-0.245.... to sell at 0.275/0.28.
Ronald is not calling all to sell down.
If you come to buy at 0.255-0.265, just hold it will be better.

As I am out of the game, I will just watch the action. Since initially I said so much good about the stock, then heard Ronald K said it' s a false breakout, my reaction was to exit and inform, as I sought protection for my principal and would like to help others too to do the same, not just keep it to myself and let ppl get shot while I bale out after blowing a big story.
My conscience is clear. Henceforth, I will not comment on Tritech again otherwise pple misunderstood me.

I am still waiting for the breakout at $0.275.
Don' t know anything much about the co, I bought on instinct when I saw the chart. And after the sell call by Ronald, naturally the logical thing to do is sell off.
Today is T3 for Titech' s steep runup with huge volume. Which way would price go?

the counter hardly moved today. I have cleared everything and switched to Ezion which has moved up today, enabling me to cover the small loss made.
I go with the flow, if Ronald K says it' s a con job, there has to be some fragment of truth in it. BBs are now waiting to scalp, my advice is to get out while you lose a little, and switch into something else where no BBs are hiding.
I chose Ezion as it' s a good company on the upward price trend, and it' s not likely for BBs to have bought in. Shortists will die a horrible death there. So it' s clean and on the way up.
Repeat - my humble view is to get out as soon as possible.

Got out as there are indications not all is right based on golden_SGX' s post yesterday. Thanks very much for alerting.
Cleared all my positions.
so yesterday run for?? today down since " bad" annoucenment??
According to sgx announcement,there are problems with its audited and unaudited results.
Looks like a lot of stock manipulation.
Actually was trying to figure out what to do next. Maybe I join the police and hunt them down. Hehe.
