Management fees and better charter rates is pointing to profit growth.
Imo, this target is modest and achievable.

This counter is an under performing laggard in the O& G sector.
Nam Cheong, BKM, Atlantic Nav etc have already been up and flying....

Vs last done of 4c. 50% of market cap is denominated in cash
Generated US$14m cash from operations, acquire US$14m of PPE (in all likelihood are vessels)
Repaid $19.5m of bank loans which is around full sum raised from rights issue
Not to mention they have acquired vessels or reactivated vessels and will be sent for deployment in 3Q24 which is of higher margins as compared to fleet management that makes up bulk of revenue now.
Key is to be of zero debt which allows them to take on loans for further potential M& A
